Hi, I am a T-3 51 Year Old Paraplegic from a car wreck I was in 29 years ago at the young age of 22. I feel I have alot to offer as a speaker, or to help the newly injured, or someone struggling with life as a wheelchair user. I don’t have a college education on this, but I have lived the life, and I think I am as qualified as You can get, being an independent person who has lived with a SCI for 29 years now, most of My adult life, and I want to help! I don’t have alot of money, but I am willing to travel, if there is an area in the SCI Community that I can get involved in. Something as easy as helping setup booths and operate one at Disabilities Expo’s throughout the USA, or Speaking about My life, and the trial & tribulations I have been through in the 29 years I have lived with a SCI, Go to a Rehab and help a newly injured person struggling with their new life living life with a SCI. A can do just about anything, and have alot to offer, and would be willing to travel! I would only need help with travel, and hotel, and transportation costs, all else I would do on My own time.
