ABOUT AUTHOR
Mayday May spent the last 10 years as an urban transplant working in publishing and retail industries. Her most recent experience was launching an e-commerce site and brand for a publicly-traded retailer of hipster goods. She graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition that she has serious doubts will ever be put to use. Since her SCI in 2005 she has returned to her small-town roots and began her personal journey into life after and with chronic illness. Her life is decidedly not tragic to her, despite her good looks.
