  1. Hi,
I was injured in July 2, 2006. I had a c-5/c-6 incomplete spinal cord injury. It was an above ground pool and no warnings or markers in the pool I went in. I dove in the pool thinking it would sustain my dive. My belief is two fold. First I should have never dove in an above ground pool no mater how deceptive it looked. Second it is the responsibility of the owner to make sure signs are posted to give warnings to guests of the danger of diving or jumping in the pool. Markers should be placed to give even more warnings. Such incidents could be avoided.
I am now walking with a cane but my life has been altered in such a way that I have no hope to feel whole again. Money is hard and trying to get the strength to get better when my body is showing signs of life is hard because of my loss.
